Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am (Eastern Standard Time) on February 8, 2010. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on February 12, 2010. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, illegible entries or entries containing incorrect or incomplete information. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone, computer or on-line or internet systems or services. Not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering this sweepstakes or downloading any material for this sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Three Grand Prize winners will be selected from a random drawing held on or about February 17, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize approximate retail value is $25.00. In the event of any dispute as to who submitted an online entry (email), the entry shall be deemed submitted by the “authorized holder” of the email account. The “authorized holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.).
