1. TO APPLY: To apply for the WICKED Seal of Approval widget (“Widget”) for your fan website, you must agree to Sponsor’s terms and conditions which include the following: Your fan website must be 100% dedicated to WICKED the Musical (e.g., no other live stage productions or links thereto shall be associated with your fan website). You must agree to help support WICKED and therefore must agree to maintain positive messaging on your site. Any negative or derogatory comments about the show, cast and/or company members and/or any person or company associated with the show and the propagation of false and/or negative rumors will not be tolerated and will result, among other things, in the immediate removal of the Widget from your site. Selected entrants agree to maintain a website free of all illegal footage, including unauthorized WICKED performance footage procured on YouTube or other websites. Footage of authorized televised performances is acceptable. Selected entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized website moderator. In case of dispute as to the identity of an entrant’s ownership, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incomplete information received, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled, corrupted data, or service interruptions. All entry materials (excluding ownership of the websites themselves) shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of the Widget without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the process becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering your website for approval, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this process.

2. SELECTION: The Widget is provided by invitation only to fan websites meeting Sponsor’s requirements. Selected websites will be notified upon approval. The website moderator will be contacted at the email address provided with instructions for redemption of the Widget.

3. TERMINATION: Sponsor reserves the right to remove the Widget from any website that violates the terms outlined above or for any other reason whatsoever at Sponsor's sole election. If a selected website is abandoned, or left unmonitored for several months, Sponsor reserves the right to remove the Widget.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Selected entrants receiving the Widget consent to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness, and his/her website for publicity or advertising purposes, without compensation. All entrants release Sponsor and each of its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this selection process from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this selection process and/or acceptance or use of the Widget, including liability for property damage or personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
